Synopsis: On the final night in a children's hospital condemned for demolition, the last patients are are trapped and terrorized by a legendary clown doctor formerly on staff. The teens - armed only with Macgyvered defibrillators, drip poles and a lot of attitude - need to survive until the morning shift arrives as they watch doctors, nurses and patients killed off one by one.
